CARDENAS JARAMILLO, Daniel Leonidas y GONZALEZ PEREZ, Mario Guadalupe. Methodology to assess injustices in Bus Rapid Transit: governance of Transantiago in Chile. Econ. soc. territ [online]. 2023, vol.23, n.73, pp.1047-1075. Epub 13-Nov-2023. ISSN 2448-6183. https://doi.org/10.22136/est20231926.
Implementation of mass transportation systems is not always beneficial for the entire population, to the extent that it generates a series of injustices that are difficult to measure with certainty. This work evaluates a series of injustices derived from the implementation of the Transantiago system in Chile. For this purpose, we obtained matrices and graphs that allowed us to make logical-statistical inferences. Combinations resulting from the application of the methodology showed that the deficiencies of governance and governmentality in these systems, allow understanding of the impact on the positive or negative results of the public policy selected by the State.
