Resumen

PAEZ MORENO, Ricardo. A Bioethical Approach of: “Medical Education from the Human Rights Based Approach to Health”. Investigación educ. médica [online]. 2020, vol.9, n.36, pp.96-102.  Epub 09-Dic-2020. ISSN 2007-5057.  https://doi.org/10.22201/fm.20075057e.2020.36.20242.

The results provided by the Research on Medical Education, analyzed using a bioethical approach based on human rights, have showed that the rights to quality medical education, worthy jobs for resident doctors, and healthcare for patients, are questioned under the current educational system. These failures have generated a situation of systemic violence structured as: subjective, or the violence directly exerted against doctors; objective or the violence that is implicit in the relationships of domination that have characterized the medical education system; and the symbolic violence that has made exploitative relationships in the Mexican health education system seem normal. All of the aforementioned have produced deficiencies in the health care of patients.
