In this document some considerations about the importance of teaching models according to the objectives in the Physical Education and Sports Initiation class are exposed. The relevance for the teacher is considered to know how to select the relevant teaching model according to the type of sports initiation and determine the objectives corresponding to the teaching-learning process within the class system of each unit, period or cycle to fulfill the purposes of each program during the school year. Similarly, it is considered necessary to make a referral to facilitate the appropriation of knowledge, skills and the physical and educational development of students.
