The objective of this work is to know the working conditions that characterize the employees of the companies of business services intensive in knowledge (KIBS). This service industry is of an intermediate nature, they are provided to companies that require solutions in topics such as engineering, accounting, law, computer and computing, etc. The personnel of that service industry possess professional knowledge and / or make extensive use of new technologies. The employment situation of these knowledge workers would be better than the average of the services sector by the level of qualification, to know the above, an analysis was made with indicators based on the Economic Censuses of 2004, 2009 and 2014. It was found that the remunerations and benefits of knowledge workers in the SEIC industry are lower than in the average of the services sector, on the other hand, subcontracting and low gender equity predominate.
