The purpose of the article is to analyze the teaching-learning process of the Raramuri students of the Bachelor’s in Social Anthropology, from a qualitative approach with an ethnographic methodology based on observation and semi-structured interviews. The experience of the School of Anthropology and History in Northern Mexico (EAHNM) is continued in its Creel Campus located in the Sierra Tarahumara, southwest of the state of Chihuahua. It ends with a proposal to work with cultural diversity in higher education, with reference to the interactive educational model and cooperative learning as a didactic strategy.
