The complexity that frames the current legal reality, demands a perspective of analysis, that starts of an integration of legal conceptions -positivism, iusnaturalism, sociology of law-, and allows to generate new knowledge, through the different kinds of research, that far away of constitute suspended compartments, allow us linking the knowledge in that way, that every kind of research constitute a dialectic chain of an subsequent knowledge. In this context, the article in your hands, propose the application from the holism paradigm to legal scope, as an answer of the previous stage, model that implies not only the recognition of contributions of the named "legal monographs", in the description of legal contexts, but also the recognition of an open conception of law, that integrated by norms, facts and values, requires of an different kinds of exploratory research -descriptive, analytic, comparative, proposal, prospective, interactive, evaluative- that realize the different kinds of analysis.
