Due the daily progress of the society has led a new requirements on the differents fields of life, the Law may not be exempt form this, as the base of this investigation is the need to evolve in the field of procedural law criminal and adapt this aforementioned requirements. Our goal is to study the develop of the trials as a new criminal justice system, investigating mainly of two points of view as are legal history and legal epistemology.
