Resumen
JIMENEZ VASQUEZ, Mariela Sonia. Career development and mobility of graduated agricultural biologists of the Autonomous University of Tlaxcala (Universidad Autónoma de Tlaxcala). Perfiles educativos [online]. 2009, vol.31, n.126, pp.56-79. ISSN 0185-2698.
The creation of hybrid professional degree courses opens new analysis perspectives and new questions about the professional development processes, and also about the social and work situations experienced by the graduated students as they access to the labor market. The analysis of internal and external mobility based on a study of the career development allowed us to understand two basic aspects of the problems faced by the graduated students of the graduate course in Agricultural Biology: the features and conditions of the labor market in a context of relaxation and ever more unstable employment conditions and the effects of several influence factors such as the relational capital, the period in which the students graduated, the existent postgraduate studies and the gender in the assignment of graduated students to more or less stable and successful careers.
