ESTRADA, Lorenzo  y  PAZ DELGADO, Carla Leticia. Enseñanza remota de emergencia. Perfiles educativos [online]. 2022, vol.44, n.178, pp.46-62.  Epub 08-Mayo-2023. ISSN 0185-2698.  https://doi.org/10.22201/iisue.24486167e.2022.178.60503.

The unexpected closure of university campuses due to the COVID-19 pandemic has led to the creation of an emergency remote teaching model. This article presents the results of an analysis of the satisfaction levels of university students regarding virtual learning environments and the impact of sociodemographic variables and computing self-efficacy on said model. In order to do this, we applied an online questionnaire to 4,469 students from the Francisco Morazán National Pedagogical University (UPNFM) in Honduras. The data was analyzed using the Wilcoxon nonparametric test, a linear regression model, and a multilevel model as a robustness test. The results reveal that satisfaction with virtual learning environments differs according to the study modality to which the student belongs; Additionally, sociodemographic variables and computer self-efficacy influence satisfaction.
