This article describes and explores a comparison of the profiles of new admissions, students who began their bachelor's studies in autumn 2014 at the Autonomous Metropolitan University (UAM) Azcapotzalco and Cuajimalpa campuses. The authors are interested in underlining from a sociological perspective the students' specificities by campus, the characteristics of their places of residence and their commutes, their educational backgrounds, academic practices in high school, their cultural consumption habits, and their use of the Internet.
