This research proposes a model that will allow for the measurement of the political agenda in Santiago de Cuba, with regard to the media agenda, an as of yet unexplored field in the country. Likewise, the construction processes of the agenda in the provincial press outlets of Santiago de Cuba are determined, as well as the internal and external factors that have an impact on the process.
