HERNANDEZ CANSINO, Carmen; CARREON VAZQUEZ, Gustavo y URBIOLA SOLIS, Alejandra Elizabeth. A methodology from complex adaptive systems to construct networks based on organizational processes. Acta univ [online]. 2023, vol.33, e3804. Epub 30-Oct-2023. ISSN 2007-9621. https://doi.org/10.15174/au.2023.3804.
A methodology to build networks from organizational processes (Repro methodology) is proposed, aiming to obtain a tool that allows to know, analyze, and strengthen the internal structure of organizations of any type (private, public, educational, health, among others) to identify the vulnerabilities of the formal structures that interoperate with each other, as well as possible risks of processes produced by the dynamics of their interactions. The case study was applied in a private organization of the insurance sector, in six of its areas, through the four phases of the methodology, which are: description of the object of study, selection of the information sample, description of the flow of procedures, as well as the construction of the network paths, and the construction of the network with the open source software platform Cytoscape.
