Emotional Labors and Affective Works. No type of human work can be made without affectivity or labor subjectivity but, in the so-called emotional or affective labors, subjectivity labor seems to have become the main productive force. This paper explores senses in a deductive way, which historically has used the terms labor and work, as much in the common sense of Spanish-speakers, as in the classic theoretical production that is considered more relevant. It studies how various authors constructed the concept of emotional labor to, finally and inductively, compare different ethnographic experiences with which this labor has been analyzed.
