The complete ¹H- and ¹³C NMR-chemical shifts assignments of the title 2,6-diaminopurine nucleoside are described. Spectroscopic analysis confirmed the R- configuration at the anomeric carbons and that both the threofuranoses exist in a conformational equilibrium at room temperature.
