Ebano Battle, fought between forces of General Francisco Villa and the First Chief Venustiano Carranza from 28 March to 31 May 1915, in a medium moisture, high endemic of dengue and malaria, swamps and proximity of wells oil and port of Tampico, made one of the bloodiest battles of the Mexican Revolution, gave the victory to the Carranza forces by the effective use of operating room trains to reinstate troops to the line of fire, systemic use of techniques surgical repair and not mutilate, correct health measures to control dengue soldiers and wise use of medical management, making efficient spending of supplies and resources.
