On the occasion of his recent visit to Colombia, invited by the Constitutional Court and Universidad de La Sabana, Professors Leonardo García Jaramillo and Vicente F. Benítez-R. interviewed Professor Jeremy Waldron. Waldron was Chichele Professor at Oxford University, disciple and arguer of Ronald Dworkin, and one of the most influential scholars in contemporary debates in political theory and constitutional law. Currenlty, Jeremy Waldron is University Professor of New York University (NYU). The translation of the interview into Spanish was also made by Leonardo García Jaramillo and Vicente F. Benítez-R.
