Are the sources of the national law applicable to the European system? The author analyzes the introduction of the new system of sources based on the same text of the Treaty that institutes the European Constitution, the laws and laws frame, the regulations, and certain particular norms. Contrary to which it could be assumed, among different legal norms a linear hierarchic but rather competential criterion is not followed, category more accurate to systematize the created normative complex. The author emphasizes the importance of prevalence of European law, nevertheless, also indicates that this prevalence admits national constitutional limits, which constitute integration elements which sometimes they can countermand to the European right.
