The establishment of constitutional statutory laws as an alternative to the fortification of the constitutional system in México, is the principal idea that the author studies in this article. To demonstrate his hypothesis, the author analyzes this kind of laws from the sources system of law and makes and exposition of the idea, material and formal, there exist in different countries. To determine the feasibility to adopt this kind of laws in our country, the author makes a general valoration focuses in the advantages and disadvantages of implementation to finally pronounce himself in favor of the inclusion of this laws but with another denomination which is constitutional development laws.
