Since foundation, Mercosur have progressed despite the changes of political process of their member States. The Parliament is one of the big challenges this regional space presents, where we may find a change and a step foward thank to the representativity that it begans to have. Argentina is the second country that elect their parliamentarians, and it will be doing in moments of regional consolidation of the regional bloc as a space of integration. In this paper, we will try to study the constitution of this Parliament and the challenges its presents to the future.
