How to teach values when we know that they are not absolute and their universality is fragile, historic and are a result of a political relationship that can be modified? How to rule when we know it is impossible to work on the reconciliation of a community? How to educate when we know it's impossible to educate people to be balanced and fulfilled? By focusing on the implications of the concept decision considering the constitution of the subject, we provide a focal point that articulates the various topics involved between education, ethics, and policy. Decision is a key element in any educational, ethical, and political action (all have in common the construction of people).
