Resumen

ESPINOSA, Julieta. Spinoza 1665: la filosofía y el filosofar. Sig. Fil [online]. 2007, vol.9, n.17, pp.31-61. ISSN 1665-1324.

In 1665, Spinoza thought about that, in the western tradition, has been called philosophy: their forms have established specific context about how it must be the knowledge of the things and the men. The war between England and Holland, in 1665, as well as the writing -in course- of Theological-Political Treatise, they allowed him to distinguish between philosophy and to philosophize. The last one required the work to constitute an exposition which includes both the explanation of ideas product of the reason, as well as those derived from the passions.

Palabras llave : Spinoza; philosophy; philosophize; passions; XVII century.
