The educational proposals are complemented by the growth of distance and virtual education, with the use and inclusion of Web resources and virtual platforms. Teachers are ready to develop digital, educational and disciplinary skills, and educational institutions begin to create learning environments conducive to the generation of knowledge in today's information society. In this article educational practice and teaching are contextualized on this scenario, and presents a context of the communication tools and Web resources most used in education. Finally, we provide an educational learning experience with Proyecto Aula of the Universidad Veracruzana, a model of management and mediation to transform educational practices in which the incorporation of ICT in teaching-learning process seeks the creation of educational environments that enrich the training of students and teacher knowledge.
