After Liberation from the yoke farmer, the tojolabals gained their freedom to hook into a new form of life that have brought, with increasing frequency, various modifications and changes in everyday practices, including dietary practices. Communication channels and various social and economic factors like the church, health services, support and programs government and providers that have influenced the past four decades, changes in dietary practices of tojolabals families, particularly in consumptions.
