In this article the author explores Mexico and Peru’s foreign affairs during 1930 and 1945. For this purpose, he researched documents from the Mexican legation and embassy in the Andean country. The study is focused in two important issues. The first one takes into consideration the little commercial, reported in the diplomatic correspondence, due to production similarity intended to foreign commerce and the absence of a merchant fleet for its transportation.
