This study aims to determine the characteristics of the national leaders of the Partido Revolucionario Institucional, the Partido Acción Nacional and the Partido de la Revolución Democrática, as well as their composition. The type of leadership of the national presidents of said political parties is categorized, as well as their type of experience, and the type of access to positions in the National Executive Committees. This classification characterizes the differences and similarities of the national presidents of the National Executive Committees of the three parties, which are organized in tables and annexes. By defining the analysis of these three parties, it is necessary to examine the other political parties. Regarding the contributions of the study, this identifies patterns of experience in the leadership and in the National Executive Committees of the parties and manages to specify the correlation of strength between men and women. Likewise, the proposal used is replicable to provide analytical continuity of the current National Executive Committees in the three parties and, at the same time, to include others.
