GARCIA-MARTIN, Sheila y CANTON MAYO, Isabel. Identification of variables mediated by knowledge management interventions in educational organizations. Andamios [online]. 2019, vol.16, n.40, pp.251-273. Epub 18-Mayo-2020. ISSN 2594-1917. https://doi.org/10.29092/uacm.v16i40.706.
Knowledge management focuses on the ability of organizations to store, retrieve and share knowledge in the day by day, which benefits the development of its members. The aim of this review is to identify the psychoeducational variables conditioned by interventions on knowledge management which have been developed in educational organizations in the last decade. We selected 22 studies that researched on the application of a knowledge management model or tool in schools and provide us data about the effect of these interventions on academic results. The analysis shows that knowledge management processes have significant effects on learning, participation, communication and academic performance. Finally, the implications of these results are discussed.
