In the career of Pharmacologist Biologist Chemist of the FEZ Zaragoza UNAM, modules of laboratory of clinical immunology and general microbiology are imparted. Currently, there is no information about the academic problems existing to teach these modules; therefore we carried out this project to know the faculty perception on these modules' performance. A questionnaire was developed on purpose, valid, reliable and relevant. Thirty teachers were surveyed (90%) on this area. Among the most notable results indicate by the instructors are: the number and functionality of the laboratory equipment is deficient; the laboratory manuals required an update; there is a lack of support to take continuous education courses in the area; and at the same time it was considered that the knowledge and skills acquired by the students were satisfactory.
