ARRIAGA MARTINEZ, Rafael. From Max Weber to Michel Maffesoli: inmigration, re-enchantment of the world and polytheism of values in the United States. Culturales [online]. 2014, vol.2, n.2, pp.179-209. ISSN 2448-539X.

However, an immigrant contributes to reactivate the social body. With this hypothesis in mind, a group of examples are evocated where the relevance of emotional aspects in social phenomenal structuration attracts attention. Due the importance of comprehensive method of Max Weber to the postmodern theory, some instruments are considered, explained and applied, trying to adhere at Michel Maffesoli's understanding about them. The relevance of emotional in the formation of mentioned phenomenon confirms the heuristic utility of postmodern theory.
