Today,given the impact of constant technological changes, advances are generated that impact on the industry, and therefore the international trade is transforming in a drastic way. But: derived from it What activities should prioritize? It's about analyzing how to updated and deepen into the subject about technological innovations that could motivate changes in trade policies to a global scale. This article explores the main regulatory challenges that arise before the momentum of new technologies and the "birth" of what is known or called Electronic Commerce, as well as its implications on a global scale and its impact on Latin America. Similarly, we will analyze how, side by side with the technological advances, the legislative and governmental approaches would allow to establish the bases to mark the enactments
