An attempt to elucidate the dimension of Labor law protection in the Mexican Legal System. The objective is to analyze and describe the framework for the protection of the right to work in the light of the pro homine principle and the erga omnes effect. It is proposed to defend the protection of workers’ rights in a multidimensional way, if feasible improve the delivery of justice from an integral conception of the law, which will result in the benefit of a guaranteed judicial protection.
