In recent years, the Security Council has taken difficult decisions to fit in Chapter VII of the Charter, in which the main body that formally founded. The absence of legal controls on the identification of situations, the measures or their implementation, raises interesting legal issues. To resolve them, indicating the possible solutions to the current situation.
