Resumen
RABASA GAMBOA, Emilio. La Escuela de Cambridge: historia del pensamiento político. Una búsqueda metodológica. En-clav. pen [online]. 2011, vol.5, n.9, pp.157-180. ISSN 2594-1100.
The article focus on the analysis of the methodological revolution originated at the University of Cambridge, in England, last century, in the discipline of History of Political Thought (HPTh), with the purpose of providing it with a new philosophical foundation and more scientific accuracy. This revolution consisted in substituting textualism understood as the subjective interpretation of the classic texts, for the contextualist approach that explores the historical conditions (language included) that determined the up bringing of political ideas, in order to explain the true meaning that their authors wanted to provide them with.
