Contemporary politics, impaired for social direction, demands an urgent review which allows for a restructuring of the community sphere. The employed conceptualization, stripped of its deep and essential meaning, required an adaptation to the global world. Spain, as an object of philosophical reflection, and being affected by both regionalisms and globalization, constitutes an adequate starting point for the transformation of the political dimension of modern States.
