ALVAREZ CASTANON, Lorena del Carmén; PARAMO RICOY, Teresa y CARPIO MENDOZA, J. Julio. From financial inclusion towards social intervention: Experience at southeastern México. Nova scientia [online]. 2012, vol.4, n.7, pp.125-152. ISSN 2007-0705.
One of the factors that impinge upon inequality, perpetuation and economic slow growth within underdeveloped large zones-urban and rural-in Mexico is financial exclusion. In this article, we analyze several dimensions of financial inclusion, the impact this has upon vulnerable rural zones and marginalized areas in four different States at southeast Mexico. The behavioral pattern of a southeastern Mexican organization is analyzed, as a experience of financial inclusion, as they work with a financial intervention model on a platform developed with a proprietary information technology (IT). The main purpose of this study is to present a systematic analysis of the experience the organization ASEA Solution has lived for several years in a large marginal zone located at southeast Mexico. Having this analysis as a point of departure we propose an approach that will be transform the financial intervention strategy used until today by SOLUCION ASEA into a holistic -integral strategy for a financial and social -organizational intervention.
