Men have achieved the development of the world by means of industrialization in which the construction industry has been an important part of this transformation. But yet, we are very far away from the implementation of all the fundamental concepts that the environment is requesting, according to the ecological impact that the inappropriate application of the use of technologies in construction is producing. Concrete is the basic material of construction, its application technologies have a direct impact on the useful lifetime of the building in which they are used. This paper tries to optimally join the relations of the concrete technologies in its life cycle with other factors over which they act, for the achievement of a building Useful Lifetime that amortize the investment.
