Resumen

BARROS NOCK, Magdalena  y  IBARRA TEMPLOS, Yuribi. The everyday experiences of child migrants in California viewed through their eyes. Intersticios sociales [online]. 2018, n.16, pp.225-253. ISSN 2007-4964.

This article focuses on boys and girls who have experienced migration with their parents from Mexico to California, USA, or who were born into immigrant families. Using photography as our research tool, the objective is to present the vision that those children have of their own migratory experiences, and what they think and feel about their life in California. We set out from the point of view that -like adults- children, are actors with agency who participate in the processes of change and adaptation that they and their families go through in the destination country.
