The health status of Hispanics in Texas and the lack of specialized medical service due to lack of coverage, by having technological tools, gives the opportunity to border cities to provide a comprehensive service where the Hispanic patients can cross borders or through virtual platforms take care of their health with a medical specialist at a lower cost due to the exchange rate of foreign currency. This study proposes the creation of Online Medical Tourism Agencies, in which they will provide a comprehensive service, by channeling it with a local doctor electronically or physically and following up on patients’ treatments until they heal in a professional certified way.
