An investigation was developed in the mixed modality, qualitative-quantitative, descriptive, bibliographic and transversal, using methods such as the logical historical, systemic, inductive-deductive and analytical-synthetic approach. A survey was applied to 81 women, allowing to obtain that 64% of the total population is unaware of the symptoms of menopause, 78% of the population considers that foods of plant origin do not reduce clinical manifestations during menopause, 93% lack knowledge about the benefits of products of plant origin as an alternative, the consumption of phytoestrogens only 2% do it; irritability is 69%. The results allow you to expand your control over your own health.
