Resumen

BAJOIT, Guy. La tiranía del "Gran ISA". Cultura representaciones soc [online]. 2009, vol.3, n.6, pp.09-24. ISSN 2007-8110.

Transformations taking place in our contemporary societies constitute dense mutations inside the cultural system, originated by the predominance of the Individual-Subject-Actor (ISA), precisely with its, basic rules, in all the areas of social life. We have gone from the tyranny of Reason to the tyranny of Great ISA, which imposes on us a new "Table of Law" where a series of rights - duties appear as a personal auto realization, that of free choice which implies the search of immediate pleasure and that of safety in relation to the risks and external threats. But as these rights - duties are partly contradictory and are sowed with traps, their fulfillment generates in the individuals psychic tensions that affect the balance among the different zones of their personal identity. This situation tends to change the dominant form of psychological disorders, which go from neurosis to depression, and generates a new "discomfort in the culture" based on reasons that vary from the ones invoked in Freud's time.

Palabras llave : individuo; sujeto; actor; sistemas culturales; identidad.
