The activity of generating alternative organic fertilizer production and restoring the landscape is a necessary task. Whenever it is divulged from the school environment as a pedagogical and formative activity that promotes in young high school students, research, critical and propositive thinking. We present a workbook developed with students and women's cooperative, where integrated to organizations of ecological and sustainable production. The importance of being diffusers of knowledge those conserve and protect natural ecosystems compromises us with finding alternatives for conservation, food self-sufficiency and the enjoyment of living spaces, through the use and enjoyment of the territory
