This work addresses in a reflexive approach the regulatory concepts of world patrimony, - such as the common heritage of humanity, common interest of humanity, common heritage of humanity and world heritage. It is proposed in order to realize a genealogical mapping tending to detect the antecedents that led to the conformation and delimitation of the terms. From a critical reflexive point of view on its current configuration and functionality, it analyzes the regulatory potential in the socio-ecological context of the transnational constellation.
