Human´s Rights reform of Mexico´s Constitutional Law has carried to those in charge of the administration of justice to issue their resolutions with gender and child protection perspectives, when women´s and minors rights are especially vulnerable, to understand the omission of alimony paid as a form of economic violence, since it violates the effective custody and integral development of minors. This article is a revision of jurisprudence that purpose: 1) to recognize this omission as an economic violence form; 2) to review or law and judge´s interpretations that recognizes that in this way and 3) the simultaneous application of the care protocols with gender and child protection perspective in our Law to the victims of this omission guaranteeing them a most effective protection.
