This article is based on a growing regional problem - Venezuelan migration - taking into account multiple discrimination and its impact on the labor rights of Venezuelan migrant women. Well, the gender and migration factor increases the exclusions created by the use of political and labor regulatory approaches that ignore some situations such as being migrants, even more so due to the lack of information and systematization of their employment situation. The research begins by giving an approach to basic concepts such as gender equality and multiple discrimination, and then, in this line, makes an analysis of how multiple dissemination affects the female gender in other sectors. Likewise, national and international labor regulations are studied to gather information on the state treatment of this problem, taking into account that migrant women must have adequate legal protection with the adoption of adequate guarantees and mechanisms taking into account their social reality and their situation. legal entry into the country -mostly informal. Finally, observing the information collected, it can be concluded that there is an undeniable need to adjust and incorporate, in the existing care policies for migrants, the inclusion and intersectionality approach and the principles of accessibility to decent jobs within the formality for women. migrant women.
