Resumen

This paper reports the results of research evaluation realized between two models of elementary education has been working from 1995 ago, the educative models are the Time Complete School and the Time Official School; the Time Complete School was create with the objective of increase the quality level of elementary education, but both model don't assessment from that time. Then the construction standards quality of elementary education, as outcome of education research, reflects input and influence from many different sources. The indicators' of quality education, as the efficacy and efficiency, serves to do emphasize in the content and processes of elementary education, also to reflect society's needs of mathematical and physical education.

The quality education get in the scholars institutions, specifically in the elementary level, haven't a goal itself; because the quality education is a very important input to get the economic and social reproduction with better conditions and productive future. Here is presented a vision of control management of increase standards of quality on elementary education level, in the Federal District, from 1995 to 2000 period; although of comparative study between those two elementary models.
