VILLARON VAZQUEZ, Javier; PINEDA DOMINGUEZ, Daniel y ANDRADE VALLEJO, María Antonieta. Model relating intellectual capital and technological innovation in Mexican manufacturingcompanies. Investig. adm. [online]. 2012, vol.41, n.110, pp.18-33. ISSN 2448-7678.
In the last forty years the Mexican manufacturing companies have remained stagnant due to their technological shortcomings, they are based more on the mechanical work instead their Intellectual Capital (IC) and they don´t have no clear the relationship with the Technological Innovation process (IT). The objective of this research was to find the relationship between the two variables under the assumption that it is high, by analyzing different models of both variables, determining the dimensions and indicators that were used at the instrument applied at manufacturing companies, found a positive correlation of 0.76. With this we propose a model that relates the variables and dimensions of IC and IT.
