Currently there is a lot of information about Design Thinking, but little is understood about how it is really being applied and how it is developed, which is of the utmost importance. For that reason, the intention of this article is to present the findings that have been detected when conducting a non-participatory observation, using and modifying an instrument of performative ethnography to be able to see the details and the way in which the processes of creation or problem solving in Monterrey design Agencies, in order to understand how to act, but above all to respond, to a problem. Design agencies serve as that lens to understand and establish the way in which Monterrey society solves and generates its solutions.
