Fluid resuscitation is a procedure by a doctor, essential in the management of patients in critical condition, however its use is not free of side effects. One of the current concepts is to guide fluid hydration to find the exact spot. Four basic questions should be asked in fluid resuscitation. 1. What are the benefits of the administration of intravenous solutions. 2. When must management stop and identify risks to continue with his administration. 3. When should the removal of the fluid over be initiated loading. 4. When should the removal be stopped.
