Neuroendocrine tumors are heterogeneous neoplasms that arise in secretory cells of the diffuse neuroendocrine system. The incidence is 5.86/100,000 per year, a case of a 67-year-old female patient is presented with apparent bleeding from the digestive tract of unknown origin accompanied by weight loss, and chronic anemia. Surgical management is performed by exploratory laparotomy, finding a tumor of the small intestine at the jejunum level, with histopathological study reporting neuroendocrine carcinoma. The aim of this work is to identify one of the multiple presentations of patients with neuroendocrine tumors of the small intestine.
