Case report and literature review. Gac. mex. oncol. [online]. 2021, vol.20, suppl.1, pp.163-167. Epub 22-Ago-2022. ISSN 2565-005X. https://doi.org/10.24875/j.gamo.20000177.
Solid pseudopapillary neoplasm are rare primary pancreatic tumors, affecting predominantly young women. They are of low malignant potential and they become large before causing symptoms. On the other hand, primary cutaneous lymphomas constitute a heterogeneous group of non-Hodgkin lymphoma with a very low incidence rate, with a prognostic and treatment variable depending upon the clinical, histopathological and immunohistochemical characteristics. We report the case of a 21-year-old female that was incidentally diagnosed with a pancreatic solid pseudopapillary tumor after extension image studies of an infraclavicular primary cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. Both were treated with a surgical approach.
