MORENO MEDINA, Marisela y MARTIN DEL CAMPO SARAY, Francisco José. Revaluation of agricultural land through restoration projects: three case study. Rev. cienc. tecnol. [online]. 2022, vol.5, n.2, e221. Epub 14-Ago-2023. ISSN 2594-1925. https://doi.org/10.37636/recit.v5n2e221.
The study presented shows the importance of soil restoration through valuation. Since the last decade of the 20th century, agrarian valuation has become more relevant, concepts such as landscape, environmental services, and conservation have become present as intangible assets and this gives new meaning to valuation jobs. The objective of the research was to establish the value of the restoration of soils in rural and/or agricultural lands, for which three agricultural properties were considered, which before being subjected to a comprehensive restoration process, carried out a commercial appraisal, once completed restoration work and after five years, the commercial appraisal is updated, finding that, although the investment made to carry out the restoration process can be recovered with the results obtained, this type of work does not represent large margins of utility, which shows the importance of taking care of land degradation.
